Cottage
Home Candles is not responsible for any damage resulting from the misuse
of our product line. Please refer to our Candle Tips & Safety page for
proper candle care & safety.
Your
Privacy
Your
privacy is important to us. We will never disclose, trade, or sell our
customers information. Your information is collected and used for the
sole purpose of processing your orders and will only use e-mail
addresses for email alerts, newsletters, special offers and new product
info. You will always have the option to Opt Out at any time.
Returns
If you
are unhappy with any of our products, you may return them with 7 days
for a full refund (less shipping & handling). Please indicate a note as
to why you are returning the item.
Damaged or Broken Items
If your
receive your products broken or damaged, please notify us within 48
hours. We will replace the appropriate item and mail out a new item
quickly as possible. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

We
currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Money Orders, Personal
Checks & Paypal. Please note if paying with a personal check that we
will wait for your check to clear the bank before processing your order.

you do not have a Virginia Retail License, you will be charged tax in
the amount of 5%.
Shipping & Handling Charges
Your
order will be shipped USPS Priority mail within 5 business days. For
larger orders, we will call to discuss shipping times for those orders.
All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping
charges are non-refundable.
We ship USPS Priority Mail (based on order total dollar amount)
Shipping charges are based on the 48 Continental US. We do not ship
Internationally at this time unless special arrangements can be made).
